近日,西门子工业业务领域冶金技术部发布了一项新吐丝机升级技术。在100m/s的运行速度下,采用新型专利材料的吐丝管过钢量可提升至13万t,并且明显减少设备停机时间及生产中断的次数。作为摩根高速吐丝机新设计的一部分,升级后的SR系列吐丝管拥有新的再生磨损段,能够消除震动带来的影响,有效改善吐丝圈形,并使头尾圈形更一致。除此之外,新吐丝管可以容易地被改装到现有的吐丝机设备中。以往的吐丝管在一般情况下,对于Φ4.5~Φ8.0mm规格的线材产品,一支吐丝管的过钢量只有数千吨。通过现场实验证明,新技术可以显著延长吐丝管寿命,使过钢量提升至13万t,从而减少维护需求,降低生产中断次数和备件储存
