功能单元、作用、作用载体、构形元素和零件外表面作为5种不同的设计要素组成技术解。这些设计要素的变化的数值可以作为明确地描述一个技术解的参数,设计师也可以通过这些参数值的变化和确定来理解设计过程。存在定质和定量的参数和参数值。借助这些知识,人们可以客观地确定,以哪些值来区分对照的技术解,以及为了从例如一种技术状况去得到另一种(新的)解,需要做哪些工作(理论上的)。为此,在许多情况下,有必要对技术解进行实质性的和客观的关于新颖性和发明水平的审查。
Functional unit, role, role of the carrier, the shape of the elements and the outer surface of the parts as five different design elements constitute a technical solution. The changing values of these design elements can be used as parameters to explicitly describe a technical solution. The designer can also understand the design process through the variation and determination of these parameter values. There are qualitative and quantitative parameters and parameter values. With this knowledge, one can objectively determine, at what values, the technical solution to the control, and what needs to be done (theoretically) in order to get another (new) solution from, say, one technological condition. In many cases, therefore, there is a need for a substantive and objective review of technological solutions for novelty and inventive step.
