我厂φ200潜孔钻在生产中曾因冲击器活塞(22CrMnMo钢)渗碳后开裂(渗碳层2.5～3.0毫米,淬火、回火后硬度HRc58～62),造成较大的废品。本文是对破坏情况和金相分析的简要介绍。

Our factory φ200 DTH drilling in the production of piston (22CrMnMo steel) after carburizing cracking (carburizing 2.5 ~ 3.0 mm, quenching, tempering hardness HRc58 ~ 62), resulting in greater waste. This article is a brief introduction to the damage situation and metallographic analysis.
