目的分析近几年南宁市动物性和植物性食物中毒发生的特点和规律,为预防食物中毒提供科学依据。方法对2002-2008年南宁市动物性和植物性食物中毒监测资料按照中毒发生季节、发生场所、中毒食物种类、中毒原因等进行统计分析。结果2002-2008年南宁市共发生动物性和植物性食物中毒42起,年均发生1 12起,中毒人数518人,死亡4人,中毒死亡人数占同期食物中毒死亡人数的26.67%;97.62%的中毒为植物性食物中毒;中毒食物主要为四季豆和桐油,共发生16起,占38.1%;中毒发生场所主要在家庭和集体食堂;少年儿童及农民工为高发人群;钩吻及毒蘑菇中毒是造成人员死亡的主要原因。结论南宁市动物性和植物性食物中毒以少年儿童及农民工为高发人群,集体食堂为高发场所,应采取针对性的预防和宣教,加强卫生监管,以提高防控效果。
Objective To analyze the characteristics and laws of animal and plant food poisoning in Nanning in recent years and provide a scientific basis for preventing food poisoning. Methods The data of animal and plant food poisoning monitoring in Nanning City during 2002-2008 were statistically analyzed according to the season of poisoning, the place of occurrence, the type of food poisoning and the cause of poisoning. Results From 2002 to 2008, there were altogether 42 cases of animal and plant food poisoning in Nanning City, with an average annual incidence of 12 cases, 518 cases of poisoning and 4 deaths, accounting for 26.67% and 97.62% of all food poisoning deaths in the same period. Of the poisoning is botanic food poisoning. The poisoned foods mainly include green beans and tung oil, with a total of 16 cases accounting for 38.1%; the places where poisoning occurs are mainly in families and collective canteens; children and migrant workers are high-risk groups; kissing and poisonous mushrooms Poisoning is the main cause of death. Conclusion Animal and plant food poisoning in Nanning City is characterized by high incidence of children and migrant workers. The collective canteen is a high incidence area. Targeted prevention and mission education should be taken to strengthen health supervision to improve the prevention and control effects.
