Fujian Provincial Department of Construction recently issued a notice on the interpretation of the relevant provisions (No. 1) of the “Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Energy-saving Design Standards for Residential Buildings in Fujian Province” (hereinafter referred to as the “Detailed Rules for Implementation of Energy-saving Design Standards for Residential Buildings”), and on the design and construction of new energy-efficient residential buildings, Provincial Department of Construction has made 3 clear-cut: First, “residential buildings” mainly include residential buildings (about 92%), dormitories, nurseries and buildings and the use of function?
