随着我国海洋贸易的发展,沿海地区的经济得到很大的推进。同时受经济利益的趋势,海上刑事案件所占的比例正逐年增加。由于海上刑事案件因为发上的区域、案件本身的特点等因素的影响,使得海上刑事案件在调查取证方面存在很大的困难,严重的制约着海上刑事案件的侦破过程。如何拓宽海上刑事案件的证据的收集整理方法值得我们深入的研究。
With the development of marine trade in our country, the economy in the coastal areas has been greatly promoted. At the same time by the trend of economic interests, the proportion of maritime criminal cases is increasing year by year. Due to the influence of the maritime criminal cases on the regions where the crimes occurred and the characteristics of the case itself, the criminal cases at sea have great difficulties in investigating and obtaining evidence, which severely constrain the detection process of criminal cases at sea. How to widen the evidence collection and collation at sea criminal cases deserves our in-depth study.
