应用三维弹塑性大变形有限元法预报管材拔制成型,建立了三维拔制有限元模拟理论,给出了有关场变量分布。应用新的摩擦层理论,研究了管材稳态与非稳态变形,实现了工作动态成型过程的可视化。
The three-dimensional drawing finite element simulation theory was established by using the three-dimensional elasto-plastic large deformation finite element method to predict the pipe drawing and forming. The distribution of the relevant field variables was also given. Applying the new theory of friction layer, the steady and the unsteady deformation of the pipe are studied, and the visualization of the working dynamic forming process is realized.
