目的 探讨泪道激光成形术治疗各种泪道阻塞的远期疗效。方法 对十年来经用激光治疗的1242例1270只眼,通过半年至7年时间随访观察556例581只眼激光成形术远期效果。对复发病例和汨囊鼻腔吻合术后复发病例又进行了激光治疗,并在激光治疗后应用丝裂霉素(MMC)0.2mg行泪道冲洗和观察。结果 经第一次激光治疗的各种泪道阻塞532例557只眼,治愈499例513只眼,治愈率92.1％。复发33例44只眼和泪囊鼻腔吻合术后21例21只眼,陈旧性泪小管断裂3例3只眼又经激光治疗和随访观察,治愈49例60只眼,陈旧性泪小管断裂3只眼无效。结论 泪道激光成形术具有操作简便,治疗安全,疗效可靠,对激光后复发和因泪囊鼻腔吻合术后复发者经再次激光和用MMC冲洗後仍后有很好的效果。
Objective To investigate the long-term efficacy of laser lacrimal duct laser in the treatment of lacrimal duct obstruction. Methods A total of 1242 eyes of 1270 eyes treated with laser for 10 years were retrospectively reviewed. The long-term results of 556 eyes of 581 eyes undergoing laser surgery were followed up for six months to seven years. Laser irradiation was performed on patients with recurrent cases and nasal cavity anastomosis recurrence after operation, and lacrimal duct was rinsed and observed with 0.2 mg MMC after laser treatment. Results The first laser treatment of various lacrimal passages blocked 532 cases 557 eyes, cured 499 cases 513 eyes, the cure rate was 92.1%. The recurrence in 33 eyes (44 eyes) and 21 eyes (21 eyes) after lacrimal sac nasal anastomosis and the lacrimal canaliculus rupture in 3 eyes (3 eyes) were cured by laser treatment and follow-up observation. 49 cases (60 eyes) Eye is invalid. Conclusion Lacrimal laryngoplasty has the advantages of simple operation, safe treatment and reliable curative effect. It has good effect on relapse after laser and relapse after dacryocystorhinostomy by laser and MMC.
