本文通过文献阅读,梳理了国内外高校英语教师自我发展需求研究现状,总结了关于教师自我发展的主要观点,剖析了教师自我发展的基本内涵。
Through literature reading, this paper combs the current situation of self-development of college English teachers at home and abroad, summarizes the main points about the self-development of teachers, and analyzes the basic connotation of self-development of teachers.
