在黄沙鳖养殖池塘种植蕹菜生物浮床,并进行水质、蕹菜生长、黄沙鳖生长监测,T1、T2、T3浮床覆盖率分别为0%、10%、20%。试验结果表明,T2、T3组的氨氮、硝酸盐氮、总氮、总磷浓度均显著低于T1组(P<0.05),黄沙鳖生长速度显著高于T1组,T2与T3组间差异不显著。在15 d生长期内,T2组蕹菜单株质量、新生芽数均明显高于T3组。在黄沙鳖养殖池塘放置生物浮床可有效控制水质、减少换水量、促进黄沙鳖生长,覆盖率可根据需要在10%~20%间调节。
In the yellow sand turtle aquaculture pond planted bearded biological floating bed, and water quality, water spinach growth, sand turtle growth monitoring, T1, T2, T3 floating bed coverage rates were 0%, 10%, 20%. The results showed that the concentrations of ammonia nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen, total nitrogen and total phosphorus in T2 and T3 groups were significantly lower than those in T1 group (P <0.05) Not obvious. During the 15 d growth period, the quality of the plantlets and the number of new shoots in the bracken group were significantly higher than those in the T3 group. Laying biological floating bed in yellow sand turtle breeding pond can effectively control water quality, reduce water exchange and promote the growth of sand turtle, and the coverage can be adjusted between 10% and 20% as needed.
