“自主、自立、自我发展”的指导原则,早在1992年在苏州召开的中国计算机用户协会第三次全国会员代表大会的工作报告中就已提出来了。回顾四年来,从总会、各分会以及地区协会在这一指导原则下,做了不少工作。总会的各工作委员会、各工作部门在承担和处理总会分工的各项工作的同时,也在独立地开展各种服务于会员和用户的活动。 国际联络委员会每月举办一次国内外计算机厂商联谊
The guiding principles of “self-reliance, self-reliance, and self-development” were put forward in the work report of the Third National Congress of the China Computer Users Association held in Suzhou in 1992. Over the past four years, a lot of work has been done under this guiding principle from the General Conference, the branches and the regional associations. The various working committees and working departments of the General Conference are also carrying out various services for members and users independently while undertaking and handling the various tasks of the division of labor.
