The combination of knowledge-based rules model and analytical mathematical model establishes a two-level real-time expert control system (ECS). The optimal acid-zinc ratio and the optimal temperature of the electrolyte are searched by the expert optimization method by a real-time expert system (ES) with expert self-learning function.
