用等电聚焦免疫固定技术调查成都地区汉族群体Ｂｆ的遗传多态性。结果表明：１８６份人血清中ＳＳ１２９例，ＦＳ４８例，ＦＦ９例。由此推算出基因频率为Ｂｆ＊Ｓ＝０．８２２６，Ｂｆ＊Ｆ＝０．１７７４。
Investigation of genetic polymorphisms of Bf in Han population in Chengdu using isoelectric focusing immunofluorescence technique. The results showed that there were 186 cases of SS129 cases, FS48 cases and FF9 cases in 186 human serum samples. Based on this, the gene frequencies were calculated as Bf * S = 0.8226 and Bf * F = 0.1774.
