为了尽快发展我国城市公共交通事业和满足人民生活日益提高的需要,由国家城建总局一机部汽车总局联合下达,并由吉林工业大学、西安公路学院、上海客车厂、四平客车装配厂、常州客车制造厂联合设计的长江牌城市公共汽车专用底盘,于1980年6月11日在常州通过了技术鉴定。该鉴定会由国家城建总局、一机部汽车总局委派长春汽车研究所代表参加了会议。参加会议的还有第一汽车制造厂、第二汽车制造厂、吉林工业大学、西安公路学院、上海客车
In order to develop China’s urban public transport as soon as possible and to meet the increasing needs of people’s lives, it is jointly issued by the State Administration of Urban Construction, a machine department of the General Administration of Automotive Industry, Jilin University of Technology, Xi’an Highway College, Shanghai Bus Depot, Siping Bus Assembly Plant, Changzhou Bus Changjiang City, a joint venture manufacturer designed the city bus chassis, in June 11, 1980 in Changzhou passed the technical appraisal. The appraisal will be attended by the representatives of the State Administration of Urban Construction and the Changchun Automobile Research Institute appointed by the General Administration of Machine Building of the First Ministry of Machine Building.
