管理者指导在美国已经比较成熟了。很多高层管理者也将其看得非常重要,它已经成为成功和荣耀的标志。请教练来指导主要无外乎两个原因:一是让你成为更好的管理者和表现更好;二是生存。传统的基于心理分析理论的领导力关注于诸如自恋、自负和人际交往等事项。指导的目标是在个人和公众之间建立心理的平衡;结果则是对外界环境有一个平衡的反应。现代企业管理者指导的目标首先是帮助个人,然后是他们的企业。评估往往基于管理者个性,有时也基于个人能力。这些与企业的财务表现和盈利性没有任何联系。我们将这种模式称为管理者指导的社会工作模式。传统的管理者教练将自己的工作视做对管理者个人的帮助,而对被指导者公司的财务表现和盈利性没有兴趣。
Manager guidance in the United States has been more mature. Many top managers also see it as important, and it has become a sign of success and glory. Coach to guide the main nothing less than two reasons: First, make you a better manager and better performance; Second, survival. Traditional psychology-based leadership focuses on issues such as narcissism, egoism and interpersonal relationships. The goal of guidance is to establish a psychological balance between individuals and the public; the result is a balanced response to the external environment. The goal of modern business managers is primarily to help individuals and then their businesses. Assessments are often based on the manager’s personality and sometimes based on individual abilities. These have no connection with the financial performance and profitability of the business. We refer to this model as a manager-directed social work model. The traditional manager coach sees his work as personal assistance to the manager, but has no interest in the financial performance and profitability of the mentor company.
