改革开放30多年来,广东省中小企业取得迅猛发展,作为中小企业潮头弄潮儿的上市公司,在推进经济发展中的影响力日趋明显。本文选取广东省中小企业上市公司负债融资现状为研究对象,对2006-2008年的数据进行描述性统计分析,力求对负债融资现状进行总结,并提出优化建议。
Since the reform and opening up for more than 30 years, the SME in Guangdong Province has made rapid development. As a listed company that makes small and medium-sized enterprises tide over the tide, the influence in promoting economic development has become increasingly apparent. This article chooses the current situation of debt financing of listed SMEs in Guangdong Province as the research object, descriptive statistical analysis of the data from 2006 to 2008, and tries to summarize the current situation of debt financing, and puts forward some suggestions for the optimization.
