社办农机修造厂(站)的设备大多比较简陋,品种也不全。但是在日常修造生产中,遇到的问题却是多种多样的,如需要在两三米长的光杆上开长键槽,如果没有铣床或刨床,就很难办。根据这一情况,我们在现有的设备上打主意,经过多次试验,成功地利用C620车床刨削长键槽(图1)图中1是C620车床上的四爪卡盘,2是6317轴承,配装在三爪卡盘3的法兰上,工件4一端由三爪卡
