目前春耕季节已到,动员全省人民大力开展农业生产,保证全年丰收,为农村工作中压倒一切的中心任务。本部根据上级指示与四月三日江西省府颁发的春耕生产动员令,以及本省人民武装工作的具体情况,我们号召全省××万民兵积极动员起来,响应政府号召,贯澈中央人民政府政务院「关于一九五一年农林生产的决定」,积极参加生产,为争取江西全年丰收完成增产任务而斗争。为此特作如下指示:(一)动员组织所有民兵普遍投入生产,积极参加爱国主义的生产竞赛运动,争取作生产劳动模范。民兵是农村中的骨干分子,是农村强大的生产力量,全省××万民兵动员组织起来,投入生产,这对于完成本省全年增产百分之八争取百分之十的任务上是有其决定性作用的:因此我们号
