G-CSF has been widely used in the prevention and treatment of neutropenia caused by chemotherapy in ovarian cancer, but G-CSF may promote the growth of ovarian cancer cells. This study was to investigate the effect of G-CSF on ovarian cancer cell line SKOV3,3AO , CAOV3 and COC1 cells were detected by flow cytometry. The results showed that G-CSF was detected by XTT assay when (1) G-CSF concentrations were 0.1ng / ml, 1ng / ml, 10ng / ml, 100ng / ml and 1000ng / 3AO, CAOV3 and COC1 cell lines. No significant difference was observed in the growth of SKOV3 cells when the concentration of G-CSF was 100ng and 1000ng / ml for 24 hours. The OD value of SKOV3 cells was increased by 3.4% and 4.8%, respectively, The magnitude was lower, but the t-test for this difference was P <0.05.
