革兰氏阴性(G~-)菌脂多糖(LPS)可增强或抑制好几种不相关微生物的抵抗力,这主要取决于感染的时间。材料报导,24小时前由静脉注入0.1 μgLPS,可保护小鼠对李斯德氏菌等G~+或G~-菌致死剂量的攻击。LPS还是一种强烈的网状内皮系统刺激剂,可增强移植物抗宿主反应(GVH),同种移植物排斥等作用。LPS使动物对李斯德氏菌抵抗力增强的作用常常可用实验动物存活率增加来测定。本文报导了作者用小剂量LPS处理小鼠后,动物对李斯德氏菌的一些反应
Gram-negative (G-) lipopolysaccharide (LPS) can enhance or inhibit the resistance of several unrelated microorganisms, depending on the time of infection. Materials reported that intravenous infusion of 0.1 μg LPS 24 hours earlier protected mice against lethal doses of G ~ + or G ~ - such as Listeria. LPS is also a strong reticuloendothelial stimulator that enhances graft-versus-host response (GVH) and allograft rejection. The effect of LPS on the enhancement of Listeria resistance in animals can often be measured by increased survival of experimental animals.
