当前文化大发展大繁荣的春风吹遍祖国大地,文化工作百花齐放生机盎然,农村文化建设投入明显增加,文化设施建设步伐加快,群众文化活动红红火火。由于我们身处知识信息化时代,知识更新日新月异,因此如何大力做好文化惠民工作是我们基层文化工作者要探索研究的新课题。新生事物层出不穷,创新是一个民族进步的灵魂,是文化大发展不竭的动力,如何提升文化软实力,创新文化活动载体和活动内容,满足人民群众日益增长的对文化
