众所周知,地勘单位如今要向企业过渡,这是大势所趋势。但目前仍有相当多的地勘单位并不能完全脱离地勘费而独立生存。也就是说,地勘单位还没有完全成长为能够自主经营、自负盈亏的企业。原因是多方面的,有历史的、有现时的,但我个人认为企业意识不强是阻碍地勘单位改革发展的一大因素。下面笔者针对这个问题粗浅地谈一下个人的不成熟的看法,以便起到抛砖引玉之用。
As we all know, geological exploration units to the transition of enterprises now, this is the trend of the trend. However, there are still quite a few geological exploration units that can not survive completely independently of the cost of geological exploration. In other words, the geological exploration unit has not fully grown into a self-employed, self-financing business. The reasons are many, historic and current. However, I personally think that the weak sense of the enterprise is a major factor that hinders the reform and development of geological exploration units. The following author for the issue of shallow talk about the immature personal views in order to play a valuable role.
