目的反转式高速涡轮机结合微创拔牙刀改良术式拔牙法与去骨劈冠法拔除下颌近中阻生牙临床应用效果比较。方法对212例近中阻生智齿,随机分为两组,每组106例,分别采用反转式高速涡轮机、微创拔牙刀改良术式拔牙法(实验组)和传统的去骨劈冠法(对照组)两种方法拔除,通过握手法比较两者的畏惧率,记录智齿拔除的时间、断根率、拔牙窝的完整性、术后患者疼痛程度及干槽症的发生情况。结果实验组畏惧时间[(2.0±0.6)min vs(19.0±3.6)min]、手术时间[(23.5±3.6)min vs(36.7±6.7)min]均少于对照组(P均<0.05),牙窝完整率[96.2%vs 85.8%]、视觉模拟疼痛评分[(7.9±3.5)vs(2.3±1.5)]均高于对照组(P均<0.05),断根率[5.7%vs 17.9%]及干槽症发生率[2.8%vs 9.4%]均低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论反转式高速涡轮机结合微创拔牙刀拔除下颌近中阻生牙改良术式可提高治疗效果,减少并发症发生率,具有明显优势。
Objective To compare the clinical effects of reverse high speed turbine combined with minimally invasive extraction and removal of mandibular proximal adventitial teeth by modified extraction and deboning. Methods A total of 212 cases of near-middle induced wisdom teeth were randomly divided into two groups (106 cases in each group). They were respectively treated with inverted high-speed turbine, minimally invasive extraction knife and improved tooth extraction method (experimental group) (Control group). Both methods were used to compare the fear rate, the time of wisdom tooth removal, the rate of root extraction, the integrity of the extraction socket, the degree of postoperative pain and the occurrence of dry socket. Results Compared with the control group, the patients in the experimental group had less fear than the control group [(2.0 ± 0.6) min vs (19.0 ± 3.6) min vs (23.5 ± 3.6) min vs (36.7 ± 6.7) min, The complete dentition rate [96.2% vs 85.8%] and visual analogue pain score [(7.9 ± 3.5) vs (2.3 ± 1.5)] were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05) And the incidence of dry socket (2.8% vs 9.4%) were lower than those in the control group (all P <0.05). Conclusion Reversing high-speed turbine combined with minimally invasive extraction of mandibular proximal extraction of teeth improved surgical treatment can improve the efficacy and reduce the incidence of complications, with obvious advantages.
