质量是社科类学术期刊的生命。只有高质量才能形成有影响力的品牌,进而能吸引名家大家等研究学者的优质稿件,使社科类学术期刊的发展步入良性循环的轨道。由于办刊者定位等原因,有部分期刊存在质量下降的问题。以《湖南社会科学》20多年的办刊实践为例,认为提升社科类学术期刊质量的战略与措施应重视以下几个方面:坚持学者办刊学术立刊的宗旨;切实做好选题策划的工作;注重培育作者群队伍;坚持匿名审稿,发挥高素质审稿专家的重要作用;设立谈稿会、评刊会制度,从源头上保障论文质量;坚持开门办刊理念,不断提升刊物质量。
Quality is the life of social science journals. Only high quality can form an influential brand, which in turn can attract high-quality manuscripts from famous scholars and other scholars and make the development of social science academic journals enter a virtuous circle. Due to the positioning of runners and other reasons, there are some journals quality problems. Taking the practice of “Hunan Social Sciences” for more than 20 years as an example, the author thinks that the strategies and measures for improving the quality of academic journals should pay attention to the following aspects: upholding the purposes of scholarly publication of academic journals; ; Pay attention to cultivating the team of writers; insist on anonymous reviewers, play an important role in high-quality reviewers; set up talks, review system, from the source to protect the quality of the paper; adhere to the concept of open door, and constantly improve the publication quality.
