Prof. Wu Tiantai, from Donghua University in Taiwan, has been advocating learning from indigenous peoples (ethnic minorities) with equal respect. Based on the characteristics of ethnic diversity, his research first established a research institute of ethnic culture in Taiwan with a keen academic vision. He believes that studying Aboriginal people is a mutually beneficial anthropology. Now he is the president of International Buddhahood Association and honorary president of Chinese Culture Institute of Nanjing University.
