目的:探索借助新“医改”的契机促进军队疗养院临床药学工作的开展。方法:通过分析军队疗养院临床药学工作开展的现状及存在的问题,探讨新“医改”下军队疗养院临床药学工作开展的途径。结果:军队疗养院利用现有资源可以开展健康教育、处方点评、药事服务费等临床药学工作;建立健全药品供应保障体系;建立共享的医药卫生信息系统;整合建立临床药学室和增加设备可促进相关工作开展。结论:军队疗养院应该精细地制定出与新“医改”方案相符的临床药学工作制度和操作流程,确保军队疗养员合理用药。
OBJECTIVE: To explore the opportunity to promote the clinical pharmacy work in the military sanitariums with the help of the new “medical reform”. Methods: By analyzing the status quo and existing problems of the clinical pharmacy work in the military sanitarium, to explore ways to carry out the clinical pharmacy work in the military nursing home under the new Medical Reform. Results: The military sanatorium can make use of existing resources to carry out clinical pharmacy work such as health education, prescription review and medical service fee, establish and improve the drug supply guarantee system, establish a shared medical and health information system, integrate the establishment of clinical pharmacy and increase equipment, Related work carried out. Conclusion: The military nursing home should elaborate the clinical pharmacy working system and operation procedure that is consistent with the new “medical reform” program to ensure that the military convalescent medication is used rationally.
