From March 21 to March 27, 2006, the PLA training room for the use and maintenance of operating equipment and first aid equipment was held in the Shenyang Military Region Health Technology Cadre Training Center. Representatives from the health units of the PLA’s key troops attended the first training. In order to implement the relevant provisions of the “Logistics and Equipment Regulations” and the military health and equipment management, we should pay close attention to the preparation for emergency operations and medical and health care, ensure that the troops are well managed, make good use of equipment and give full play to the effectiveness of health equipment support.
