为培养高层次的少数民族创作人才,繁荣民族美术,促进中国少数民族文化的发展,中国美术家协会与中央民族大学美术学院联合举办“首届全国少数民族青年美术家高级研修班(中国画专业)”。时间于2011年11月10日至2012年7月10日。一,办学宗旨:汇聚国内少数民族青年美术创作人才,特别是一批有志向和艺术追求的青年美术新生力量,在专业深造、学习的同时,倡导民族题材创作的创新与实践,为少数民族美术创作人才构建培养与提高的机制、平台。
