用壳低聚糖与铬(Ⅲ)离子配合生成壳低聚糖铬(Ⅲ)配合物,研究pH值、温度、底物浓度、时间对结合率的影响,并对其结构进行初步研究。分析结果表明,壳低聚糖与铬(Ⅲ)能形成稳定的配合物,经红外、紫外光谱分析其配位的基团是-NH2基,铬离子的结合率高达25.04%。
Chitosan (Ⅲ) complex was formed by chitosan (Ⅲ) coordination with chitosan (Ⅲ) and chitosan (Ⅲ). The effects of pH value, temperature, substrate concentration and time on the binding rate were investigated. The results showed that the chitosan (Ⅲ) could form a stable complex with chitosan oligosaccharide. The coordination group of the chitosan oligosaccharide was -NH2 group by IR and UV spectroscopy, and the binding rate of chromium ion was as high as 25.04%.
