对43个葡萄种类的一年生枝条进行低温冷冻的结果表明,在正常情况下,一年生枝条的不同解剖组织颜色不一样;经冷冻处理后,不同种类的枝条解剖组织颜色变化也不相同。据此提出了以一年生枝条的次生木质部为冻害调查部位,并依照次生木质部变褐相对面积大小,进行冻害的十级分级方法。改进后的组织变褐法,具有易于掌握、客观可靠和便于数量化分析等特点。
The results of cryopreservation of annual branches of 43 grapevine species showed that under normal circumstances, the anatomical structures of annual branches differed in color, and the color change of different types of branches after freezing was also different. Based on this, a ten-grade grading method was proposed to investigate the secondary xylem of one-year-old shoots as a frost damage investigation site and freeze frost damage according to the relative area of secondary xylem browning. Improved organization browning method, with easy to grasp, objective and reliable and easy to quantify the characteristics of the analysis.
