设计了一个数值模型来模拟一个反应物在明胶层中边扩散边在油珠界面上与另一个反应物反应的动力学过程。提出了处理油珠界面反应的动力学方程,并应用在模型设计中。采用模型模拟与动力学实验测量相结合的方法不仅可以获得反应物在明胶层中的扩散系数和界面反应的比速率常数等重要动力学参数,而且可以提供反应物和生成物在明胶层中的时空分布,并预测不同条件下的动力学过程。对模型的适用性也作了详细的讨论。
A numerical model was designed to simulate the kinetics of a reactant reacting with another reactant at the bead interface as it diffused in the gelatin layer. The kinetic equation for dealing with the interfacial reaction of oil globules was put forward and applied in the model design. The combination of model simulation and kinetic experiment measurement can not only obtain the important kinetic parameters such as the diffusion coefficient of the reactants in the gelatin layer and the specific rate constant of the interface reaction but also provide the reactants and products in the gelatin layer Spatiotemporal distribution, and predict the dynamic process under different conditions. The applicability of the model is also discussed in detail.
