为保持长安街整治成果,北京市制定了《长安街及延长线市容环境管理规定》。《规定》主要在环境卫生、园林绿化、道路和市政设施、交通管理设施、公共交通设施、夜景照明设施、户外广告、社会管理等8个方面做出全面细致的规范。《规定》首次对沿线两侧社会单位进行约束:沿线两侧临街的建筑物、构筑物或者其他设施,由其产权单位或者“门前三包”责任单位,每三年对临街的墙面清洗
