目的研究土壤因子对川白芷药材产量和品质的影响。方法对川白芷道地产区四川省遂宁市15个不同采集地的川白芷药材产量性状、欧前胡素和异欧前胡素的量,以及相应生长地土壤基本养分和其他11种无机元素进行测定,通过相关分析研究土壤环境对川白芷产量及品质的影响。结果不同采集地川白芷的根质量、根长和周径以及欧前胡素和异欧前胡素量间均存在差异,其相应不同生长地土壤间基本养分和其他11种无机元素量也存在差异。川白芷根长与土壤有效磷的量、周径与土壤有机质的量、根质量与土壤有效磷及速效钾的量间均呈显著正相关。土壤全氮则与川白芷异欧前胡素的量间呈显著负相关。川白芷欧前胡素和异欧前胡素的量与土壤中其他11种无机元素的量间相关均不显著。结论土壤环境对川白芷产量及品质均有一定影响。
Objective To study the effect of soil factors on the yield and quality of Chuan Baizhi. Methods The yield traits, imperatorin and isoimperatorin, and the basic soil nutrients and other 11 inorganic elements of Chuan Baizhi were collected from 15 different sampling sites in Suining City, Sichuan Province. The correlation analysis was conducted to study the effects of soil environment on the yield and quality of Chuan-Angelica dahurica. Results The root quality, root length and diameter, and the quantity of imperatorin and isoimperatorin in different harvesting areas were different, and there were also differences in the basic nutrients and 11 other inorganic elements in different growing soils. There was a significant positive correlation between root length and soil available P, root circumference and soil organic matter, root mass, available phosphorus and available potassium in soil. There was a significant negative correlation between total nitrogen in soil and isoimperatorin of Chuan-Bai-Zhi. Chuan Angelica imperatorin and isoimperatorin amount of soil and other 11 kinds of inorganic elements in the amount of correlation was not significant. Conclusion The soil environment has certain influence on the yield and quality of Chuan-Angelica dahurica.
