采用全浸腐蚀和电化学测试方法,对水中建筑用08F碳钢的初期选择性腐蚀行为进行了研究。结果表明,水中建筑用08F碳钢试样在海水(p H=7.9~8.4)中全浸腐蚀过程中的初期选择性腐蚀为典型的点蚀,其质量损失率先显著增大后趋于稳定、开路电位先负移后正移、腐蚀电流逐渐减小、腐蚀速率先快后慢;其初期选择性腐蚀产物主要由Fe OOH、Fe3O4和Fe3+与C/N/O/S结合而成的有机化合物组成。
The initial selective corrosion behavior of 08F carbon steel for underwater construction was studied by immersion etching and electrochemical test. The results show that the initial selective corrosion of 08F carbon steel samples for water immersion construction in seawater (p H = 7.9 ~ 8.4) is a typical pitting corrosion. The mass loss rate increases sharply and tends to be stable, The open circuit potential is negatively shifted first and then shifted, the corrosion current is gradually reduced, the corrosion rate first and then slowed down; the initial selective corrosion products are mainly composed of Fe OOH, Fe3O4 and Fe3 + combined with C / N / O / S organic compounds composition.
