随着电力工程项目的投资增加和电力工程建设市场的迅速发展,工程项目产生风险的因素及风险发生的可能大大增加,传统的电力工程项目管理方法已不能适应现代企业发展的需要,工程项目需要规范的、更加科学的方法去管理,特别是迫切需要加强风险管理。按项目开展的不同阶段分析了电力工程项目产生风险的原因,并针对电力工程项目中的主要风险提出了管理对策。
With the increasing investment in power engineering projects and the rapid development of power engineering construction market, the risk factors and risks of engineering projects are greatly increased. The traditional methods of power engineering project management can no longer meet the needs of modern enterprise development. Standardized and more scientific methods to manage, in particular, there is an urgent need to strengthen risk management. According to the different stages of the project, this paper analyzes the causes of the risk in the power engineering project and proposes the management countermeasures for the main risks in the power engineering project.
