企业文化是企业发展的源动力和灵魂。企业有无自己特质的先进文化,直接关系到企业能否持续健康发展,永葆生命力。目前,我国企业文化建设中还存在着注重企业文化形式而忽略内涵、企业文化等同于企业精神等误区。加强企业文化建设,必须在坚持以人为本的工作理念下,科学地把握企业文化建设的实质和意义。以程序体系建设为主线,在推动职工素质建设中,凝聚和激发广大职工发挥主体作用,努力构建和谐企业,塑造企业核心理念,从而进一步推进企业发展。
