《药品管理法》及其配套法规《麻醉药品管理办法》、《精神药品管理办法》等颁布以来,我县注重加强了对麻醉药品、精神药品、医疗用毒性药品的管理,使之逐步走上制度化、规范化、科学化管理的轨道。我们的主要做法是: 一、健全队伍,形成管理体系 我们认为,特殊药品的管理,是一项长期复杂的工作。建立一支与工作相适应的管理队伍是管好特殊药品的关键。几年来,我们从健全管理队伍入手,重点抓了三个方面的建设。 (一)建立特殊药品管理队伍。我县卫生局有专人负责麻醉、精神、毒性药品的管理,各医院除由药剂科主任总负责外还专门设立特殊药品管理人员。这些人员,由各单位申报,经卫生局批准、公布。这样就形成分级负责、齐抓共管的局面。
