我国高速公路的建设正逐步向规模化、网络化方向发展,如何科学、合理地对规划路网进行评价是高速公路网规划工作的重要内容。文章从高速公路网规划的技术、经济、资源、社会和环境评价这几个方面出发,在系统分析常用公路网评价指标的基础上,结合高速公路网的特点进行了指标的选择与创建,并对其中某些指标的量化方法作了一定探讨。在以上分析的基础上,论文创建了高速公路网规划评价指标体系。
The construction of expressway in our country is gradually developing in scale and network direction. How to appraise the planned road network scientifically and rationally is an important content in the planning of expressway network. From the aspects of technology, economy, resource, society and environment evaluation of expressway network planning, this paper selects and creates indexes based on the systematic analysis of commonly used indicators of highway network and the characteristics of expressway network Some quantitative methods of some indexes are discussed. Based on the above analysis, the paper has created the evaluation index system of expressway network planning.
