田径是运动之母,是各项运动的基础。整个过程是完全靠自己的运动能力和心理活动来决定的。随着竞技体育的发展,就连简单的也需要心理能力的支撑。在田径运动中,随着世界范围内的训练科学化,单纯的用加大量训练来取得成绩是不可能的,还要加上科学的心理训练,在比赛中,运动选手的能力相差甚微。这个时候比赛变成心理战。根据资料记载:运动比赛的成功,对于优秀田径运动员训练比例是体能、战术占30%,心理占70%。所以为了取得更好的成绩,就必须在日常的训练中加入科学的心理训练,提升田径运动员的成绩。
