患者男性,3岁,于1979年8月初突然出现无痛性全程肉眼血尿,但无其他不适症状,在当地医院就诊住院,按肾炎治疗无效而入我院。体检:营养中等,发育正常,血压120/80毫米汞柱,脉搏156次/分,心肺无异常,肝脾未扪及,肠鸣音存在,全身浅表淋巴结不大,四肢活动正常,左腰腹部扪及一肿块,肿块下及脐上一横指,边缘圆钝,表面光滑,质实,随呼吸活动。实验室检查:血红蛋白8.5克％,红细胞292万/立方毫米,白细胞7,600/立方毫米,出血及凝血时间正常,肝功能正常,尿素氮正常(7.2毫克％)。尿常规:比重1.016,糖阴
