目前所见的跳变等效电路及其元件计算公式都没考虑频率的因素,因此误差较大。本文采用场匹配法计算了微带跳变区的散射参数,计算了跳变区附近的8次高模场,然后用网络模拟得出等效电路模型,再用非线性函数曲线逼近,得出一组包含频率因素的准确计算公式。
At present, the jump equivalent circuit and its component calculation formula did not consider the frequency factor, so the error is larger. In this paper, the field matching method was used to calculate the scattering parameters in the microstrip transition region, and the eight high mode fields near the transition region were calculated. Then, the equivalent circuit model was obtained by network simulation and then approximated by the nonlinear function curve. A set of accurate calculations that include the frequency factor.
