一、课题的提出当前我国教育正从“应试教育”向素质教育转轨,学校体育工作作为实施素质教育的突破口之一,更要加大改革的力度。传统的体育教学,把强身健体、终身健康为目标的教学与探索人类体能极限的竞技教学混为一谈,评价课的好坏也由一系列的生化运动成绩的统一标式来衡量。而“快乐体育”教学正是针对传统教学的这些弊端,适应社会发展需要而提出来的学校体育教学新模式,所谓快乐体育,是指从终身体育和个人发展
