在经济全球化以及由此而产生更多恶性而激烈的市场竞争的今天,建筑工程中出现了大量的问题并且由此还产生了一些事故,这对于工民建施工企业的社会大众形象产生了严重的影响和破坏,对于这个行业的严格管理已经迫在眉睫。只有严格控制和坚强施工的管理,才能在激烈的竞争大潮中占有工民建的一席之地。本文以有效的控制工民建施工管理的成本为基点展开讨论,对于其中出现的各类问题进行研究,并且提出相应的整改措施,从而为规范我国的工民建施工市场作出一定的贡献。
Today, with the economic globalization and more vicious and fierce market competition, a great deal of problems have arisen in construction projects and some accidents have taken place. This has brought about the social image of workers and civil engineering enterprises Serious impact and destruction, for the strict management of this industry is imminent. Only with strict control and strong management of construction can we gain a place for workers and civilians in the fierce competitive tide. In this paper, the effective control of the cost of civil engineering construction management as the starting point for discussion, which appeared in the study of various issues, and put forward appropriate corrective measures to regulate China’s civil construction workers to make some contribution to the construction market.
