应用放射免疫方法测定３８例急性肾炎患儿血清肌红蛋白（ＳＭｂ）水平。结果急性肾炎急性期ＳＭｂ较正常对照组明显升高；恢复期ＳＭｂ下降，但仍高于正常对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５）。提示ＳＭｂ是一种监测肾小球滤过率和肾小管功能的敏感指标。
Serum myoglobin (SMb) levels were measured in 38 children with acute nephritis by radioimmunoassay. Results The level of SMb in the acute stage of acute nephritis was significantly higher than that of the normal control group. The level of SMb in the recovery stage was still lower than that of the normal control group (P <0.05). Tip SMb is a sensitive indicator of glomerular filtration rate and renal tubular function.
