本文报导籽晶法生长五磷酸镧钕大晶体的过程。测定了生长过程中的出水量——焦磷酸浓度曲线,设计的生长装置能有效地控制溶液中水的蒸发速率,从稀土氧化物与磷酸溶液中生长出外形完整、光学均匀性好的五磷酸镧钕大晶体,其尺寸为36.6×27.2×15.2mm。通过大量实验,获得了用籽晶法生长大晶体的良好条件。在室温下用不同泵浦方式均能使晶体实现激光运转,其结果与文献报导数据相符。
This article reports the process of seed crystal growing lanthanum nephrite pentadalactite large crystals. The effluent concentration-pyrophosphate concentration curve was measured during the growing process. The designed growth device can effectively control the evaporation rate of water in the solution, and the pentaphosphate, which has a complete shape and good optical uniformity, is grown from the rare earth oxide and the phosphoric acid solution Lanthanum neodymium large crystals, the size of 36.6 * 27.2 * 15.2mm. Through a large number of experiments, good conditions for growing large crystals by the seed crystal method are obtained. The laser can be realized by using different pumping methods at room temperature. The result is consistent with the reported data.
