作者遇到和经历的这些事情基本上每一位幼教工作者都会遇到。爱孩子,热爱幼教事业是每一位幼教工作者的初衷。但现实的工作中谁都难免有过失。区别在于有些人根本就没意识到自己伤害了孩子;有些人尽管知道正在伤害孩子却不愿意反省;有些口头反省了,实际行动并没有去修正自己的言行;像作者这样敢于把自己不当的行为直陈,并通过思考,表明她的真诚和勇气的精神,是难能可贵的。只有具备真诚和勇气的教师才会用赤子之心真正地关爱孩子。
These things that the author encounters and experiences are basically met by every preschool worker. Love children, love preschool education is every preschool worker’s mind. However, anyone in the real work is inevitably wrong. The difference is that some people simply do not realize that they hurt their children; some people are not willing to reflect on themselves even though they know they are hurting their children; and some verbally reflect on the fact that they did not correct their own words and deeds; as the author dared to put his misconduct Straightforward, and through thinking, to show her the spirit of sincerity and courage, is commendable. Only teachers with sincerity and courage will really care for their children with a pure heart.
