综采放顶煤回采工艺作为一种厚煤层一次采全高工艺具有较好的经济、技术效果,但其回收率的高低已成为其进一步推广使用的主要问题之一。文章采用实测分析的方法对采空区顶煤损失情况进行了探讨,描述了顶煤在采空区的丢失形态和分布规律,并结合回采时的现场观测对其形成原因进行了分析,提出了进一步提高工作面回收率的技术途径。对分析提高综采放顶煤回收率大有启迪,这一成果已通过了煤炭工业部组织的技术鉴定。
The fully mechanized top coal caving mining technology has a good economical and technical effect as a kind of full-thickness coal mining with one full-height mining process. However, the recovery rate has become one of the main problems for its further application. In this paper, the loss of top coal in goaf is discussed by means of field test, the shape and distribution of top coal lost in goaf is described, and the reasons of its formation are analyzed in combination with the field observation during the recovery. Technical ways to further improve the recovery rate of working face. Enlightenment has been given to the analysis and improvement of recovery rate of fully mechanized coal caving top coal, which has passed the technical appraisal organized by the Ministry of Coal Industry.
