Literary Theory is a literary theory monograph written by his ancestor Wang Renshu. In the 1950s, this monograph became the basic teaching material for the liberal arts major of institutions of higher learning in New China; it was reprinted on numerous occasions with a circulation of over 200,000 copies. Literature on Manuscripts was the most influential book on socialism with Chinese characteristics at the time; it also laid the academic status of the Palestinian people as a literary theorist.
