1994以来,我们采用CO_2激光治疗尖锐湿疣200例,疗效满意,报道如下。1 临床资料1.1 病例:女124例,男76例。年龄10～65岁。病程1周～3个月。已婚152例,未婚48例。部位外生殖器:176例,肛周24例。皮损有丘疹型、乳头型、鸡冠型、菜花型和巨大型。1.2 治疗方法;行CO_2激光治疗。局部消毒,2％利多卡因局麻。用上海产JXLO CO_2LON医用激光治疗机,电流10mA,光刀对准疣体及根部使其迅速气化。治疗后每1～2周复查1次,共复查3～4次。1.3 疗效评定标准:治愈:原有皮损全部消退,2个月后无新皮损出现。复发:2个月后原位又有新皮损出现。
Since 1994, we use CO2 laser treatment of genital warts in 200 cases, with satisfactory results, reported as follows. 1 clinical data 1.1 cases: 124 females, 76 males. Age 10 to 65 years old. Course of 1 week ~ 3 months. Married 152 cases, 48 cases of unmarried. External genital area: 176 cases, 24 cases of perianal. Skin lesions have papules, nipples, cockscomb, cauliflower-type and huge. 1.2 treatment; line CO_2 laser treatment. Local disinfection, 2% lidocaine local anesthesia. Use Shanghai JXLO CO_2LON medical laser treatment machine, the current 10mA, light knife at the wart and root so that its rapid gasification. After treatment every 1 to 2 weeks to review 1, a total of 3 to 4 times the review. 1.3 Evaluation criteria: cure: all the original skin lesions subsided, no new skin lesions appear after 2 months. Recurrence: In 2 months there is a new skin lesions in place there.
