企业大学已然成为推进人才强企战略的最佳选择。本文结合电力企业发展实际,在研究企业大学建设存在问题的基础上,提出了相应的对策建议。
Enterprise universities have become the best choice for promoting the strategy of strengthening enterprises through talent. Based on the actual development of power enterprises, this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on the basis of studying the existing problems in the construction of enterprise universities.
